Why is this top more expensive than average?

Top PULSE Lucid Price Detail

Because we pay everyone fairly. Because we pay for sustainable and local materials at a fair price. But above all:  because it is the average that is not expensive enough to guarantee all that.

Plus, if you do the math, this top is even cheaper than the average in the end:

  • €10 Fast-Fashion top worn 10 times (thrown away because it didn't hold up in the wash): €10/10 = 1€ per use
  • Lucid top at €42 worn every 3 weeks for 5 years: €42/85 = 0.49€ per use

We're not math geniuses, but we're convinced that the bill is less steep here.

TO SET THE NORM, START BY WEARING THE RIGHT TOP

A breathtaking cut

A top that meets all your expectations and will serve as a staple for all your outfits.

An elegant but not too plunging neckline, finely crafted straps to cover bra straps, a versatile length.

And with its fluid and flexible material, it adapts to all body types.

He will outlive you

Of course, it is timeless. With a thick grammage of 290g/m² ensuring a beautiful hold while being breathable, thick ribbed edges for robustness and neat finishes with a 2x1 ribbed textile that guarantees a refined look. Designed to last, this top combines elegance and solidity.

A second skin

Ecovero, in addition to being less bad for the planet, is softer and more breathable than cotton , which makes it an ally of choice all year round. You won't even feel it.
The natural flexibility of this fabric also allows for complete freedom of movement, making this top an essential choice for feeling good in all your outfits.

We explain everything about the Ecovero here

Well, if this argument doesn't convince you

The long and strong fibers of Ecovero make the textile very unlikely to pill and shrink . But above all, it makes the textile wrinkle-free . This top is therefore perfect for the laziest among us because it does not necessarily need to be ironed (perhaps we should have started with this argument).

Transparency is at the heart of our approach

Does an Ecovero top really have less impact than a classic cotton top?

-93%
of water consumed
Or the equivalent of 45 baths
RISE = 0.52 m³ / Standard height = 7.25 m³
-59%
of CO2 emitted
Say, 20 km by internal combustion engine car
RISE = 1.95 kgCO₂eq / Ordinary top = 4.80 kgCO₂eq
-29%
of energy consumed
Let 286 full phone battery charges
RISE = 46.89 MJ / Standard high = 65.97 MJ
-19%
of distance travelled
Let there be 13 Paris-Brussels trips
RISE = 15,400 km / Standard height = 18,900 km

Of all the materials, Ecovero is our favorite

Are you wondering how wood pulp can make such a convincing top?

You're in luck, we've written an article to explain how Ecovero is produced and what it offers in terms of sustainability.
