Frequently Asked Questions

Our clothing is designed to fit standard market sizes. We recommend choosing your usual size; it should fit perfectly! For unisex pieces, like our printed t-shirts and hoodies, we recommend women size down for a better fit.

To make sure you get the perfect fit, you can fill out a questionnaire available under the size selection on each product page that will tell you your ideal size. And if the size you purchased doesn't suit you, no worries: you can return the item to us, and we'll exchange it and send it back to you free of charge.

Ouch, sorry. If your size is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified as soon as it's back in stock directly on the product page. And if your size isn't available yet, know that we're actively working to make our brand more inclusive. Some pieces are already available in plus sizes, like XXL. Don't hesitate to take a look!

You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn and unwashed item. Log in to our website with your email address to access your orders and submit your request. Unless defective, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and Lucid will cover the cost of reshipping. You can choose between an exchange, a credit note, or a refund.

All our clothing is made locally, in Belgium and France. We collaborate with small-scale workshops, including socially responsible workshops that employ people with disabilities or those in social rehabilitation. This approach reduces our carbon footprint and supports the local and social economy. We're making a real impact!

Lucid is a sustainable brand because we only work with recycled and low-impact materials. Our production is local, carried out in human-scale Belgian workshops, which considerably reduces our carbon footprint and ensures quality working conditions. We collaborate with workshops that create jobs for people with disabilities or in social reintegration. We operate with limited collections to avoid overproduction. We focus on clothing designed to last, with a timeless style and superior quality, far from disposable fast fashion.
Then, quite simply, we show everything we do with complete transparency, because when we do things well, we have nothing to hide.

We work with certified materials and partners, such as the Global Recycled Standard, Master of Linen, GOTS, and Oeko-Tex. However, our greatest guarantee remains transparency: we inform you about our materials, our workshops, and our processes. If you'd like to know more, don't hesitate to contact us.
