The textile industry is problematic
-
Offshore production
The textile industry has relocated almost all of its production to countries where wages are very low and working conditions are precarious.
-
Overproduction
The fashion industry produces billions of garments each year, far more than humanity actually wears.
-
Lack of transparency
Most brands do not disclose the true origin of their products, nor the conditions under which they are manufactured.
-
Fragile and ephemeral clothing
The logic of fast fashion pushes for the release of endless collections with clothes that wear out quickly, lose their shape, and end up in the trash after one season.
SET THE NORM
We offer a brand of clothing that does not destroy the planet and that creates and maintains jobs locally , all without hiding anything . We have a vision of a world where producing clothes does not jeopardize the future of future generations. Everything is not perfect yet but we are getting closer, one garment at a time.
Strong values that guide us
Environment
Produce without destroying
Today's fashion industry is broken. She produces poorly, she produces far away and she produces too much. And given the greenwashing deployed by Fast Fashion, we are not out of the woods.
We offer an alternative with clothing whose environmental impact has been studied, measured and minimized . Recycled, local, solid materials, ... we have thought of everything.
Local
Not so complicated to make it simple
Look at the composition label on your pants. We bet it is “Made in super far away” (this is the case for 9/10 of the clothes purchased in Europe). We also bet it's impossible to know how it was produced.
This involves a lot of problems and that's why we relocated production to Belgium , in order to be sure of how and with whom we work.
Solid
Stylish and co-created
We favor a timeless and durable style, far removed from fleeting trends. The goal is to reduce the number of clothes purchased annually by offering high-quality garments . Our linen shirts even come with a lifetime guarantee !
Each garment is co-created with our community : you choose the cuts, the colors, the materials.
Transparency
We know what we do and we show it
You don't really know how the clothes you wear were made? It's normal, the big brands don't know either.
We see things differently. We consider being able to clearly explain and show how we create our clothes to be a strength . We show you everything, even the things we don't do as well.
